Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We allow for returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Commissioned pieces

Whilst we do allow for a change of mind, we will only do so as an exchange of product. This does not apply to commissions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at thenorsemanblacksmith@gmail.com with your name and order number along with details of why you need to return your product and a photograph of the product. Once received we will contact you with how to proceed.
